Spent New Year's Eve at this boutique hotel and it was a great choice! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The room had a unique layout and was very clean. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies! We enjoyed the rooftop area which provided picturesque views of the city. The hotel is close to great restaurants and bars, and there is convenient private parking. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the room. a great experience!
The only negative aspect of our stay was the quirky artwork in the room. While it adds to the unique vibe of the hotel, it wasn't really our style.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The indoor/outdoor public areas were beautifully designed, modern, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom fixtures were top notch. that, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the street-level bar which offered great wine and beer.
Although our stay was great, we noticed that the parking space was limited, which could be an issue during high season. there were no breakfast items on-site, which meant we had to go out to grab proper breakfast.

The location might be convenient, near some restaurants, UT's campus, or even the airport. However, the rooms are quite small and basic. The bathroom doesn't have any special features, and the towels and toiletries are standard. There is no breakfast, and the lobby area is not very inviting. Some facilities, like the rooftop patio or the coffee shop, might not be available or well-maintained.
The air conditioning system in the rooms is quite loud and can be disturbing during the night.
